Every so often I have a newborn session that stands out as one that feels extra special. This sweet Wonder Years Collection family joined me in the Clarkesville Studio after their sweet baby boy Weston entered the world this past winter. I vividly remember Weston’s perfectly round head and big bright eyes. He seemed to be so aware and curious of everything going on around him. During his portraits I was able to get so many photos of those bright eyes, but as soon as mama cradled him he felt safe and went right to sleep.
I love mom’s blue and white floral dress that she selected from the client closet. The pattern feels feminine, yet the blue tones are a perfect fit for a baby boy’s session. Having hair and makeup done by Kelly from Sweet Annie Salon (my resident studio hair and makeup artist) really made her whole look come together and she looked absolutely stunning in these photos!
