We are seeking a motivated and eager to learn Studio Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our photography studio. As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating studio bookings, client communication, content creation, and administration assistance. 

  • Studio Operations: Manage day-to-day studio activities, ensuring equipment is maintained, and studio spaces are organized and ready for sessions.

  • Client Relations: Act as a point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless photography experience from booking to delivery. 

  • Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and expense tracking related to studio operations and photography projects. Working with Quickbooks to log expenses.

  • Content Creation: Assitance with Pinterest, Instagram, Website Updates using the Hello Jude Brand standards.

  • Culling and Editing: Assist Bailey with Culling Sessions and Video Editing for Youtube Education.

  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and maintaining client records using studio management software.

  • Gifting: Ordering, packaging, and mailing Client gifts.

  • Blogs: Writing and editing using the Hello Jude Brand standards.

  • Assistance with Mini Session Event Days throughout the year

    No Photography Experience Needed. This is not a Shooting Position

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.

  • Proficiency in Social Media Platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, and Youtube.​

  • Experience with Canva

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent Writing Skills

  • Preferred experience with Lightroom and Final Cut Pro (not required)
     

  • In-Studio Position

  • Monday through Thursday 9am-12pm

  • Friday (flex hours)

  • Some additional days will be added for Mini Session Events

  • Pay starting at $17+/hr depending on experience
